Each year we make a list of goals that we would like to achieve and so does the rest of Australia! Below are Australia’s TOP 5 New Year’s Resolutions for 2018 (according to the website Finder):
- Improve Fitness
- Eat better
- Quit smoking
- Quit drinking
- Learn a new skill
Is your resolution on this list? Overall, this list reflects that most people would like to feel and look healthier and stronger, physically and mentally. Which is great! We can’t stress enough how much we believe in saltwater therapy! Meaning, any exercise or activity outside and in the saltwater will immediately make you feel better, mentally as well as physically!
