SOCIAL PADDLE

SUNDAYS 8.00 – 9.00AM

This is a much more gentle training session. Perfect for competent and stable paddlers who are simply looking to steadily progress their SUPing ability and correct their techniques.

Enjoy SUPing in a more relaxed and social environment, usually covering a distance of around 2km which always ends with a coffee and a laugh with the Social Sup gang at one of Watsons Bays delightful cafes.

Come and cruise with an awesome group of like minded paddlers and start your Sunday off with some fresh air, fitness and ocean fun!

SUP Race Board Clinic

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS 10.30AM – 12.00PM

Starting this Saturday 6 June, we will be running Race SUP Skills clinics every weekend to teach you how to paddle a performance board, and help you improve and practice your SUP race skills as well as support your distance training sessions.

We’ll be covering advanced paddling techniques such as power strokes, cadence work, wash riding, movement on the board whilst paddling (especially for better riding in downwind conditions, turns and lots of techniques in tackling the tricky open water (both up and down wind!)

Spots will be limited to ensure you get the most from your session. Duration 90 mins, cost $110 per person.
***must have substantial paddling experience as this clinic is not a learn how to SUP lesson.

  • Passes are valid for 2 months and are valid for 1 person only. Passes are not transferable.
