SUP Training | Fitness

SATURDAYS 7.00 – 8.00AM

This training is for individuals who want to enhance their SUP skills and improve their endurance. During this 60 minute session you will be put to the test and required to SUP outside your comfort zone! Your training will cover a distance of 5km+, designed to advance your technique and enhance your speed.

With a particular focus on rough water & downwind skill training this is for experienced SUPers only – You don’t have to be a PRO but a strong SUPing ability is essential.

Please note – training will go ahead in ALL conditions which are considered to be safe. Training plans will vary depending on weather and swell.

Conditions:

You must have a significant amount of paddling experience and be a strong paddler- if uncertain of your ability we would recommend attending a Sunday Social paddle so that we can assess whether or not your ready for training.

SOCIAL PADDLE

SUNDAYS 9.00 – 10.00AM

This is a much more gentle training session. Perfect for competent and stable paddlers who are simply looking to steadily progress their SUPing ability and correct their techniques.

Enjoy SUPing in a more relaxed and social environment, usually covering a distance of around 2km which always ends with a coffee and a laugh with the Social Sup gang at one of Watsons Bays delightful cafes.

Come and cruise with an awesome group of like minded paddlers and start your Sunday off with some fresh air, fitness and ocean fun!
