FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY

7:00 -8:00
Social Paddle
9:00 -10:00

All sessions are dependent on wind and weather conditions, turnout of participants in each session and if there are any specific training goals in place.

Saturdays 7:00 – 8:00am
This is a endurance and skill session. Focus is on:

  • Long paddle 5km +
  • Focus on distance
  • Downwind skill training
  • Rough water training

Sundays 9:00 – 10:00am (Social Paddle)
This is the more relaxed and social training session. Great session for beginners and paddlers who would like to introduce friends to the sport of Stand Up Paddling. Includes:

  • Cruisey paddling
  • Correcting Technique
  • Fun races!
  • Scenic paddle session!
