SUP Fitness | Stand Up Paddling Train/Social

A choice between our SUP Train or Social Paddle or come to both!  Our SUP Train sessions are designed to strengthen your core, enhance your balance and develop appropriate muscles for SUPing while our Social paddle is the more relaxed and social training session. Great session for beginners and paddlers who would like to introduce friends to the sport of Stand Up Paddling.

SUP Train | Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-7:30am, Saturdays 7:00 – 8:00am
SUP Social | Sundays 9:00 – 10:00am
