SUP Fit works your whole body! It is a great way to stay active, healthy and fit. Be prepared to SWEAT! Our SUP Fit sessions are designed to strengthen your core, enhance your balance and develop appropriate muscles for SUPing. Sessions include drill work & technique advancement and distance & speed training in all conditions!

For experienced SUPers only. However, you don’t need to be a PRO! If you have never SUPed before we recommend booking a SUP Lesson to teach you the fundamental basics of paddling before joining our SUP Fit Sessions.
The sessions will include 60 minutes of the following:
- Drills on Stand Up Paddling skills & techniques
- Varied paddle courses of the surrounds of Watsons Bay
- Time trials, endurance and speed sessions
- Session content varies based on wind and swell conditions
- Get FIT & have fun doing it! …SUPing that is!
